Each Indigo River Home is a unique & beautiful creation. But it goes far past the aesthetic design. The quality of construction is our number 1 concern for your tiny home! From our building techniques to the materials we choose, we go above and beyond industry standards to ensure that each home we build will last for many decades to come.
We are not a mobile home factory cranking out "tiny homes" with a large porch on single-wide trailers with single-use axles.
In our small shop we build one-of-a-kind, bespoke homes with the care and attention only a "workshop" environment can deliver.
When you step inside one of our homes, you can see & feel the quality. Our finish carpenters, tile setters and other skilled trades work together to create what many have called "fine artwork" or "the nicest tiny house [they've] ever seen."

Indigo River's designs are a labor of love as we collaborate with each client to create an interior that is functional & comfortable for daily living while also pleasing to their sensibilities.
Our floor plans are spacious & open so you never feel confined or crowded. Most visitors to our homes are surprised at how we are able to fit all the amenities of a "regular" home in such a small space without the cramped feeling of an RV.
Our exterior designs balance structural components with textures & colors to create a home that is as unique as the homeowners themselves.
