Built for a mother-daughter duo, this is the first THOW in history with a BATH & a HALF!  Upgraded SIPs construction for a lightweight yet sturdy Traveler's Package.  Other upgrades include a Gable Roof w/Pop Up Dormers, Barn Door, Custom Cabinetry, and an on-site covered porch with a custom built kitty outhouse enclosure.

36'x10' Rambler w/ Deluxe Loft - Upgrades abound in this spacious home!   Kitchen is to die for and the Loft is the roomiest we've ever built.

The Bathroom is unfinished so the Homeowner could DIY part of her Tiny Dream Home, but the rest of Casa Blanca is perfectly appointed and move-in-ready!

Vacation Rental Property,
this THOW has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Plus we added hidden storage behind a shelving unit for an "owner's closet" inaccessible

by short-term guests.

24' x 8.5' Rambler - This colorful Artist's Retreat features a large, built-in writing desk, lighted Art Nook & Wood-Burning Stove. Composting toilet pulls out from under the stairs and a unique window/door package & paint job give this home an unforgettable style.

36' x 8.5' Rambler w/ Gooseneck - 36' Rambler Model - Gooseneck with Master bedroom over the hitch + storage loft over the bathroom.

Built as a partially completed shell to be finished out by the customer.
