The Bungalow Shell has an unfinished interior that you can finish out yourself to save on costs. We can stop the construction process at any point and let you take over whatever tasks you are comfortable doing.

 

The Backyard Bungalow is designed & built to meet the building codes for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), which were recently legalized in Dallas.
