We are a small, custom builder so we don't have a "showroom" of model homes at our Athens location.
(We do have 2 homes at Lake Richland-Chambers that you can book for a lake getaway or visit for a private showing.)

Each time we build a new home, we open it up for tours at our shop in Athens before it's delivered to the homeowner.

If we have move-in-ready homes on the market, those homes will also be available to tour during your visit. Serious buyers can call or email to set up a private showing of move-in-ready homes any time.
