Tiny Home University: FEBRUARY Building Workshop #2

(16 hours of instruction & experience)

Full - Course Tuition inclues:

16 Weekend Building Workshops**

Workshops are held 2 weekends a month.

8 hours per day on Saturday & Sunday x 16 weekends = 256 total hours of instruction & building experience.

PLUS Full-Course students receive:

8 Zoom Classes on topics for Tiny Home Builders & Entrepreneurs

1 Zoom Class per month January through August lasting 1.5 hours each = 12 more hours of instruction and Q&A time with the professionals!

• Ordering the best Tiny House Trailer
• Prepping for your Build
• Finding Places to Park Tiny Homes
• Tiny Vacation Rentals
• Taxes, Insurance, Budgets & Financing Your Build
• Developing Private Land or going Off-Grid
• Legalities involved in starting & running a Tiny Home Business & Becoming a Certified Builder
• Real Estate Development of Tiny Home Communities
• Budgeting & Financials for Builders & Investors
• Common Pit Falls, Concerns & Pro-Tips specific to THOW Builds & the Tiny Home Industry

The entire course also includes a set of THOW Plans.

IRTH University's Full Course shows you everything you need to know to get started with a Tiny Home Business INCLUDING all the things we wish someone could have told us before we took the leap!

We have "Rolling Admissions" for IRTH U so you can join any time.

"Full-Course" Students receive the course Text including comprehensive checklists, planning & building worksheets and spreadsheets so you can be sure to cover all the topics, skills & steps to building a THOW.

Most students should be able to finish the course in 10 - 16 months.

*Syllabus for the topics covered during each workshop will be added to the calendar schedule for each weekend as the build schedule evolves. Skills & Steps will be covered as available builds allow.

**If you have to miss a day or a whole weekend workshop you may make up the skills & steps missed when they are covered during the subsequent Tiny House University Build Days.

***The above dates are confirmed but we might need to take a break during the summer and resume classes in the fall instead of going straight through to August.

So the dates below are tentative until we have more information on the projects available for class to learn on as well as the availablility of materials and other factors affecting the construction process.

If we do end up taking any breaks, we will just push back the build dates and finish up with the same number of days in the fall.  We will announce any necessary schedule adjustments around April and as new information becomes available.
