•   UV Light alone can only kill pathogens that are directly in the path of the light's rays. Pathogens that are in a shadow or are too far away from the'uv light are unaffected.

•   By using specially treated reactor pads and UV-C bulbs, Nano PCO systems create a field of UV-C light that safely destroys 99.999% of the pathogens that pass through it The housing allows our systems to safely be used 24 hours a day.

•   Ionization propels negative ions into the air, causing particles of dust and organic pathogens to clump to­gether and fall to the floor and surfaces. The pathogens are still alive and can re-enter the air after the ion­ic bond is broken.

•   Nano PCO systems destroy 99.999% of these pathogens, and release Hydroxyl Radicals into the room. These Hydroxyl Radicals continue to kill pathogens in the air and on surfaces as they land.

•   According to the FDA: Ozone must be present in concentrations far greater than that which can be safely tolerated by humas or other animals to be effective in killing organic pathogens.
