28' Rambler Deluxe with reinforced 2x4 framing
 
Kitchen & Bath
Galley kitchen is 9' long with the storage staircase in the perfect location for kitchen or pantry items. There's a 2 burner cook-top + an apartment size fridge & oven. Plenty of counter space for simple cooking. 
Bathroom is 5'x7' with a ceiling height of 6'7". Layout includes a full-size soaking tub/shower combo + standard flush toilet and standard 24" vanity. 
Laundry alcove in the bathroom is 30" x 46" and 4' tall. It has washer/dryer hookups & space for a combo unit + a hamper more storage.
** Plans show the above layout, but you can rearrange the kitchen and bathroom configurations to your liking! **
 
Deluxe Bedroom & Storage
The Stand-Up Loft has 6'3" - 6'4" of head clearance (depending on your finish-out materials). Abigail has the Deluxe Loft/Storage Upgrade that allows you to stand up on 2 sides of the queen-size bed, plus there's an extra wardrobe, extra large window & storage bench.
Underneath the deluxe landing is the "Bike Shed" Storage that opens to the exterior of the home. This space is 4' deep x 7.5' wide x 4' high & holds the hot water heater. You can install tankless or tanked hot water heater with appropriate venting in the Bike Shed walls.

Living Area
Living room is 7' x 7.5'. Interior walls are shiplap and there's a pop-up dining bar under the window opposite to the kitchen. There's also a sliding glass door in addition to the standard out-swing entry door.
 
Purchsing plans for a home that has been built IN REALITY ensures that you won't run into unknowns that hold up your build!
 
When a home is built for the first time, it inevitably ends up different from the original plans in some way.  But we have worked out those kinks for you already when we built this home 2020 (and many similar homes since then). 
 
Here's a video of a family that purchased Rambler plans to build a Tiny House for their daughter to live in during college. After graduation it will be mom's full-time RV for travel in retirement.

If you want the SketchUp files for this home to make your own modifications, it's an additional $99.
 
We recommend sticking with trailer companies that have built a lot of tiny home trailers so you won't need trailer drawings if you buy from them.

If you want to use a trailer manufacturer that is new to tiny home trailers, we recommend buying some drawings so they know the exact fortifications that need to be made - compared to the utility type trailers most manufacturers are familiar with building. If you need trailer drawings we have those available for $249.
